2. Products

3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Thai baht, final, with no extra charges, and delivery is free.
- You can pay by PromptPay QR, bank transfer, credit/debit card (when offered) or cash on delivery.
- PromptPay and bank transfer orders are confirmed once we have verified the payment. Please pay within 48 hours of ordering. We email you a reminder halfway through; if the payment still hasn't arrived, the order is cancelled automatically.
- If you pay after your order was cancelled, please contact us with your slip. We'll give you a full refund or create the order again, whichever you prefer.
- If a price is obviously wrong, we will contact you before shipping, and you can cancel for a full refund.
4. Delivery
- We deliver within Thailand only, free of charge.
- We usually ship within 2 business days of confirming payment (or of the order, for cash on delivery).
- We email you the tracking number when your order ships.
- Please check your parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged or wrong, tell us within 7 days.
- For cash on delivery, please pay when the parcel arrives. Refusing a parcel without good reason may mean cash on delivery is not offered to you next time.
5. Cancellations and returns
You can cancel until your order ships. Shipped products aren't taken back for change of mind; damaged, faulty or wrong items are replaced or refunded. See our Returns and Refunds policy.
6. Accounts
Keep your password safe, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
7. Liability
We are responsible for our products as Thai consumer protection law requires. Nothing here limits your legal rights.
